I appreciated the temperature control; it kept the space cool and inviting. we did experience some unfortunate issues with a sewer smell that occasionally disrupted our comfort. Noise levels varied; while I found them acceptable, some in our group mentioned disturbances from outside. The bathroom had a few ants, which was a minor inconvenience.
